Today I have listed a wonderful vintage 1940 hat by legendary American milliner Hattie Carnegie. This hat has never been offered for sale previously, and is astoundingly beautiful. Since I was not able to list hats for sale for the past few months due to website maintenance, I thought I might just make a special mention of this very special hat.
